The 83rd Amendment Bill: The question is relevant to all the fundamental rights and that where to put the limitation or the right is enforceable to who and who is there to look after to make the fundamental right more effective.

Global Education System: What is solemnly affirmed here behind the argument of a global education system is a global education system where the geographical, regional, territorial, political, national or continental boundaries are not the only units to play deciding role in taking decisions regarding equal access to education to all. No state will think exclusively in terms of the education system of the state. The development of the education system of a state will always be in conformity with the development of other states.
